We keep reviewing our company organization so that management decisions can be quickly implemented. We, at the same time, largely delegate responsibilities while defining responsibilities of each personnel so as to ajust our structure that can achieve best results. In several meetings like a management meeting company auditors and union members are present when necessary that maintain transparency of management. Hearings by top executives for each division and business unit periodically take place to make the management clearly recognize existing and potential problems.
The business activities have been diversified and globalized and risk control has become more and more essential for a company. In view of this, we established a risk management committee to be ready for emergency. In addition, rules and ethics standard for all employees have been set for improvement of morals.
